Listing corrections and contributions
To suggest a correction or share accommodation details, use Help improve PotchStay. For a published listing, you can also use Report incorrect information. Submissions are reviewed before public details change.
Safety and scams
If you see a suspected scam, misleading listing, unsafe contact, or another serious concern, email us with the listing URL and what happened. Do not send bank credentials or unnecessary identity documents. Read the accommodation safety guide before paying or signing.
Providers and listing enquiries
Providers can email us about their listing or future provider access. Provider claim and management tools are temporarily paused. If you are a student asking about a room, contact the accommodation provider directly using the contact details on its listing; PotchStay cannot confirm a booking or submit an application for you.
Accounts and privacy
For account access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, email the same address and describe your request. Please do not include your password.
